A Level Results 2023
This year’s A Level results at Claremont High School in Kenton continue the school’s tradition for top grades.
Headteacher Ms Hyde-Boughey said, ‘My colleagues and I couldn’t be prouder of our students, all of whom have demonstrated talent, commitment and perseverance to achieve these great results.’
Among the high achievers were Anjali Patel, aged 18, who got four A* in Maths, Further Maths, History and Economics. ‘Staying motivated to revise was difficult,’ admits Anjali, ‘but it all paid off in the end and I’m thrilled with my results!’ She plans to study Economics at the University of Nottingham. Dhir Patel, also 18, got two A* in Maths and Physics and an A in Economics. Saying he felt ‘very relieved now’, Dhir will also study Economics at Queen Mary University of London. ‘These young people are now on their way to some of the best universities in the country,’ said Ms Hyde-Boughey. ‘They are a shining example of the hard-working students at Claremont and we wish them all the very best for the future.’
