Claremont High School GCSE Results 2026

2026 saw another terrific set of GCSE results for Claremont High School. A total of 568 grades 7 to 9 were achieved across the graduating Year 11s: 114 grade 9s, 191 grade 8s and 263 grade 7s.

Headteacher Ms Hyde-Boughey said: ‘We are absolutely thrilled to celebrate the outstanding achievements of all our students this year. Their exceptional GCSE results are a true testament to their dedication, resilience and hard work, as well as the unwavering commitment of our staff.’

Dilan Lakhu, aged 16, got over seven grade 9s, including in Maths, Further Maths and Economics. ‘I’m so glad I achieved the grades I worked hard to get,’ said Dilan. Rukaya Abbas, also 16, got grade 9s in Maths, Chemistry and Physics and commented her results were ‘something I never anticipated’. Naureen Ali Khan, 16, got seven grade 9s, including in Biology, Chemistry and Physics. ‘I’m extremely happy with my grades and proud of my achievement,’ she said. ‘I appreciate the support I received from my parents and teachers.’ Aashi Rai, 16, also got seven grade 9s, including in English Literature and Language and Maths. ‘I’m so proud of myself!’ she said. ‘My hard work paid off.’ Mujtaba Rizvi, 16, got grade 9s in Maths, Further Maths and Biology, among others. ‘It’s an amazing feeling,’ he said.

‘These GCSE results reflect the high standards and supportive environment we cultivate here at Claremont,’ concluded Ms Hyde-Boughey. ‘We couldn’t be prouder of each and every student who has risen to the challenge.’
